Job Summary:
As a Veterinary Sales Representative at MiDOG Animal Diagnostics, you’ll be a key player in expanding access to our innovative All-in-One Diagnostic Test, a powerful tool transforming infectious disease detection in animals. In this role, you’ll work closely with the MiDOG Director and broader team to drive awareness, adoption, and growth of our DNA-based diagnostic platform across veterinary practices, zoos, aquariums, and research institutions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the veterinary diagnostics market
- Manage and follow up on inbound marketing leads and customer inquiries
- Build and maintain relationships with veterinary clinics, hospitals, zoos, aquariums, and research facilities
- Collaborate with the technical and services teams to gain deep product knowledge
- Conduct product presentations, provide trial kits, and support onboarding of new clients
- Communicate with potential customers via phone, email, and in-person visits to introduce MiDOG’s solutions
- Support sales activities by working closely with the marketing and customer support teams
- Attend tradeshows and industry events to network, represent MiDOG, and stay informed on market trends
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM (NetSuite)
- Generate and present reports on sales performance and market feedback to leadership
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Veterinary Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the veterinary or medical diagnostics industry
- Familiarity with veterinary practice, animal diagnostics, or laboratory testing is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage time effectively
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (e.g., NetSuite, Salesforce)
- Willingness to travel up to 40–50%

Compensation:
The estimated base compensation range for this position is $75,000 to $90,000 per year at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on location, experience, knowledge, skills, and other job-related factors. Compensation details will be provided at the time of offer, if applicable.
